How long does a custom portrait take?

Typically 5–7 working days for the artwork, plus 2–3 days for delivery. Rush orders can be accommodated at an additional charge.

What photo quality do you need?

We recommend clear, well-lit photos with a minimum resolution of 1MB. The face should be clearly visible. Multiple photos from different angles are always welcome.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes! We share a progress photo before framing and shipping. One round of minor revisions is included with every order.

What are the delivery charges?

Free shipping on orders above ₹3,000. For orders below, a flat ₹80 applies. All artworks are carefully packaged to prevent damage.

Can I gift wrap my order?

Absolutely! All our artworks come in premium packaging. We can add a personalized message card at no extra charge. Just mention it in the order notes.
